Patients can expect an annual exam focusing on a broad overview of their health. This can include a pap smear for patients with a cervix. If there are any specific health concerns, follow-up visits will be scheduled on an appropriate timeline to manage those symptoms or diagnoses.
Dr. Kelly is always happy to help patients with acute concerns such as colds, flus, pink eye, UTIs, yeast infections, etc. She also triages and manages acute injuries, such as sprains, strains, whiplash, concussions, etc. When non-emergency sports-related or accident injuries occur, Dr. Kelly coordinates imaging and referrals.
If patients are already under the care of a PCP, Dr. Kelly may still see them for specific health concerns. Some of her clinical interests and specialties are: concussion management, sports medicine, and oncology support.
Dr. Kelly works with patients to provide cancer screenings, counseling regarding family history, symptom and side-effect mitigation from the disease or treatment, caregiver and family member support, and secondary prevention/survivorship. She does not provide any treatments for cancers. In accordance with the state of Washington, to schedule with Dr. Kelly any patients with a cancer diagnosis must also be under the care of a medical oncologist.
